Sorry to say , the place smelt bad, dishwasher was out of order, and we called to ask some questions before we came up, we talked with the owner AL. He was very short, acting like he didn't have time for us, very arrogant. . Then when we got here, we went to the bar and asked if they had ice for sale? The lady was like, yeah of course we do.... with attitude!! We willl never come back here.... I would rather spend my money elsewhere! !
We just stopped for the day to launch the boat. Boat launch was nice, easy access. Gorgeous shoreline but had to leave due to storm rolling in.
I ALWAYS have a Great time at Morris Point and that gray haired morning cook is the bomb.☆☆☆☆☆
Great food and hospitality.
Decent service at the bar and restaurant. The cabins are rustic. We were placed in a cabin with a broken window. There was a piece of cardboard stuffed in the empty cavity. It got cold at night. I wish they could have knocked a little off the price. Great launch area, puts you right into the lake. They maintain an excellent ice road during winter.
